We are currently recruiting for Front of House staff to join us on a casual basis!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy venue.
- Engage with guests to create memorable, enjoyable, and personalised experiences.
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages to a consistently high standard – barista skills are essential.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages in line with venue standards; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Operate POS and booking systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised service environment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members throughout service.
- Support venue set-up and pack-down before and after opening and closing.
- Adhere to all RSA requirements and Venue Compliance Policies and Procedures.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Qualifications
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – this is a must!
- Barista certification or demonstrated barista experience – this is a must!
- Approved Manager Certification – desirable but not required.
- Current Police Check – required prior to commencement.
Experience
- Minimum 12 months’ Front of House experience in a hospitality environment – this is a must!
- Demonstrated barista skills with the ability to consistently produce high-quality espresso-based drinks.
- Cocktail skills highly regarded; training provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with POS systems and booking software (Now Book It experience advantageous, however you will be trained on our new system Zinga!).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Availability Thursday to Sunday for either lunch or dinner shifts is highly regarded. Additional weekday availability is welcome.
