We are currently looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join the team on a casual basis with the opportunity to progress to a more permanent position.

Responsibilities of the role include

  • Assisting in running day-to-day busy shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment
  • Assisting the FOH Manager and Procurement team with stock management, including receiving stock.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, managing complaints and feedback with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Leading, motivating and assisting the Front of House Manager with training new and current staff.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Our ideal candidate will have

  • A current RSA – This is a must!
  • Approved Manager Certificate & Card – This is a must!
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a FOH Supervisor OR a minimum of 2 years as a Front of House team member who is ready to take the next step in their career
  • Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to make really good coffees
  • Knowledge of POS Systems and Now Book It.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Availability on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings. – This is a MUST!
