We are on the hunt for enthusiastic and dependable Housekeeping staff to join our vibrant team on a casual basis. We believe in building long-term relationships with our staff, offering genuine stability and exciting growth opportunities for those who want to grow with us.
As part of our housekeeping team, you won’t just clean - you’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment for our guests by keeping our motel units, hotel rooms, and venue communal areas spotless and looking their best. For those looking to maximise their hours, there are also opportunities to take on additional restaurant cleaning shifts at our sister venues – Venice Restaurant and Chanya Thai.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain motel units, hotel rooms, and communal areas to a consistently high standard.
- Follow daily housekeeping checklists and cleaning schedules.
- Report maintenance issues or damage promptly to the Supervisor.
- Replenish guest amenities and restock supplies as required.
- Assist in maintaining the overall presentation and hygiene of the venue.
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety and infection control procedures.
- Support other team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
- As required, assist with restaurant cleaning duties at Venice Restaurant and Chanya Thai (additional hours available for those who want them).
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or similar role.
- Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail – you notice the little things others miss.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, time management, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
