As part of our housekeeping team, you won’t just clean – you’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment for our guests by keeping our motel units, hotel rooms and venue communal areas spotless and looking their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain motel units, hotel rooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
- Follow daily housekeeping checklists and cleaning schedules.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor.
- Replenish guest amenities and restock supplies as required.
- Assist in maintaining the overall presentation and hygiene of the venue.
- Follow Workplace Health and Safety and infection control procedures.
- Support other team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
Qualification and Skills
- A minimum 12 month experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail – you notice the little things others miss.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, time management and a commitment to high standards.
